The 4 MLQ Accreditation Courses

Opt-in enrolment system:

Step 1: Formally register your interest with MLQ Leadership Services. This requires a small deposit of AU$40+GST to defray administration overheads (see steps 2 and 3).

Step 2: MLQ Leadership Services liaises directly with those registering interest about the most convenient dates, times and places for conducting courses up to 12 months ahead.

Step 3: MLQ Leadership Services runs course and provides a refund / deduction of the formal registration of interest fee at time of payment of course fees.

In 2004-5 MLQ Leadership Services successfully conducted all courses in Singapore, Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Goulbourn and Perth. MLQ Leadership Services now offers eight training courses around Australia, New Zealand and in SE Asia.

MLQ Facilitation (1 day workshop)

For MLQ360 and MLQSelf Assessments collecting data using its advanced eMLQ and eTOS data-management sites and covering all aspects of client feedback and interpretation using the MLQ360 and MLQSelf Reports. End of course on-line competency test is required.

Full Range Leadership Coaching (1 day workshop)

For efficiently building dedicated leadership plans based on diagnostic assessment and objectives for development from the MLQ360 Report; explores expert and facilitative coaching using the Full Range Leadership and other evidence-based validated theories. End of course on-line competency test is required.

MLQTeam (1/2 day workshop)

For MLQTeam shared / distributed leadership assessments in terms of the Full Range Leadership Model at the team level of analysis; complements the MLQ360 and enables benchmarking internal team performance in behavioural terms. End of course on-line competency test is required.

ODQ Leadership Culture (1/2 day workshop)

For assessments of the leadership culture of a department or organisation using the Organisational Description Questionnaire based on the Transformational and Transactional Leadership dimensions of the Full Range Leadership Model. End of course on-line competency test is required.

Administrators Package - eMLQ (1.5-2hrs)

Dedicated training in the practical operation of the eMLQ data-management site for PA’s and Administrative Persons reporting to busy Accredited MLQ Network persons. Covers all operational aspects of the eMLQ data-site for data-management for MLQ360 and MLQSelf assessments, essential ethics and administration sign-offs. However, no separate username / password is supplied.

Update Packages - eMLQ and eTOS - for Accredited Network Members (2hrs each)

MLQ Leadership Services requires evidence of currency every 3 years to retain accreditation status (and therefore access to its assessment and reporting systems). These Update Packages provide training in –

• MLQ360 and MLQSelf assessments and current reports, including eMLQ data-management operational systems and extension questionnaires.
• MLQTeam and ODQ assessments and current reports, including eTOS data-management operational systems and extension questionnaires.
